"A few weeks ago there was a tragic drowning victim here in Nashville and through a friend of theirs they came to see me about this situation. I told them that the number 18 would figure prominently and even though it was generally believed that the victim was "hung up" on some debris at the bottom of the river I really felt that due to the amount of rain we've had that his body was probably flushed out downstream.
